Heat sink: 11617584527 http://store.bmw-mini-mania.com/part/11617584527 $200

Heast sink gaskets:11617584528 you need 2 http://store.bmw-mini-mania.com/part/11617584528 2x50=$100

depending on the manifold condition, you may need to chnage these gaskets at the connection of manifold to engine:11617547242 I didnt because mine looked okay, and its just air

Honestly I would get 11617559523 the regular disa manifold and buy an air intake upgrade for the $300 of extra cost, or even a tune from AA, Eruocharged,OE tuning etc

Electronic Exhaust Cutout

2.5 or 3 ???

Coilovers

  • KW Variant II coilovers

Camber

You should be able to achieve around -3.5 with adjustable camber plates in front and this will change the car positively. You will also want to maximize rear camber with stock arms while not compromising toe in. This is usually around -2.1 to -2.3 depending on desired rear toe setting.
